FAQ – frequently asked questions about the new version of the Walutomat application

How does the new version of the Walutomat app differ from the previous one?
We have refreshed the design, simplified navigation, and added several new features, but the most important services remain unchanged.

You will find the key features on the home screen, but you can also use the convenient navigation in the bottom panel. And My Walutomat, the centre for managing your profile, is now located in the top right corner of the screen.

Why don't I have the new app yet?
The new version of the application will be made available to subsequent groups of customers gradually. This will allow us to gather user feedback and make any necessary changes before the new application is rolled out to everyone.

Do I need to install anything by myself?
If you use automatic updates, the new version will be installed without your intervention once it becomes available. If you install updates by yourself, the „Update” option will appear next to the Walutomat icon in Google Play or the App Store once the new version becomes available to you.

Can I go back to the old version after updating?
No, once you have installed the update, you can only use the new version of the application. However, you still have access to all the features of the previous version and gain access to new features.

What should I do if the application does not work properly after updating?
Please contact our Customer Service, who will clarify any doubts and help you solve any problems. On our helpline, you will be connected directly to one of our consultants, without the use of chatbots.
